The privilege room i booked felt a little misleading. the website showed pictures with a lounge area. my room just had one chair and a small table. i spoke to reception. they confirmed that other privilege rooms exist with the promised layout. no one ever contacted me to resolve the problem. i felt disappointed by this lack of follow-up. It's frustrating to be mis-sold a room.

the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering lovely views and a refreshing escape. the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was very kind and efficient. breakfast was plentiful.

the rooftop bar prices were higher than local bars.

The location was superb! I walked to many attractions easily. The breakfast selection offered great variety and quality. The croissants were especially fresh and tasty, i appreciated the wide array of options. I found the reception staff attentive and helpful, ESPECIALLY during check-in.

The upgraded privilege room offered fine basilica views from the terrace. modern amenities included a comfortable bed with versatile lighting. fast wi-fi at 60 mbps was very useful. Housekeeping was also great.

the room's original doors seemed old. these doors had thick paint, old handles, and rusty hinges, which ruined the modern feel.

the hotel has a very convenient location near public transport. the room included complimentary soft drinks and snacks, this was a nice surprise. the staff were friendly and helpful, this.

The air conditioning seemed ineffective. the room needed to be much cooler, even with adjustments. i also noticed the windows could not be opened. This limited fresh air.
